Attorney General Chris Koster today announced an agreement with a telemarketer who will pay the state $50,000 for violating Missouri’s no-call law by calling residents who had previously placed their names on the no-call list.

The Attorney General’s agreement is with THV Holdings, which does business as Thomas Construction and True Home Value, Inc. The company acknowledged calling Missourians in an attempt to sell consumers home-remodeling products.
